With three luxurious and relaxing caravan and chalet parks in Leysdown on the Isle of Sheppey, there is plenty for you to do, both in our parks and in the beautiful Kent countryside.

When it comes to the families, friends and couples who stay or live in our parks, we want to give everyone the very best experience possible. Not only are there some fantastic community aspects and amenities within each park, the local towns of (Sheerness, Minster and Queenborough) and areas provide a wide range of entertainment, cultural activities and eateries to really maximise the time you spend with us.

Seaview

There are plenty of things for you to do, both inside and outside of our Seaview caravan park. While this friendly and welcoming park is just five minutes from miles and miles of clean and unspoilt bathing beaches, it also features over 200 pitches for caravans and chalets, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a children’s play area, a large playing field and a dog exercise area.

In the village of Leysdown you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and amusement arcades in which you can while away the hours! For the more adventurous amongst you, the Isle of Sheppey is also home to Barton's Point Coastal Park, where you can try your hand at kayaking, boating and kiting, and the Elmley National Nature Reserve.

Warden Bay

With plenty of amenities, both inside and outside of the caravan park, there are plenty of things to see and do at Warden Bay. Not only does our caravan park feature over 150 pitches for privately owned caravans, it also features a fully heated and out-door swimming pool, a children’s play area, launderette and parking.

Perfectly situated just five minutes from beautiful beaches, our Warden Bay caravan park is an ideal destination for families wanting a relaxing, enjoyable and fun-filled time. Close to Leysdown's promenade of shops, restaurants, pubs and amusement arcades, Warden Bay is also near to a pitch and putt golf course and a nature reserve if you really want to explore the gorgeous Kent countryside.

Vanity Village

Based close to the village of Leysdown, Vanity Village Park has plenty of things to keep you entertained; both inside and outside of the chalet park. Inside, we have over 200 brand new luxurious and comfortable chalets to choose from, a large open field on which to play ball games and a play structure for the children to let their hair down on!

Leysdown seafront is just a short walk away, boasting miles of clean and unspoilt beaches, including an official naturist beach, and for the golfing enthusiasts amongst you, there is a full pitch and putt golf course nearby too. Plus, the local village has a large Sunday market every week and you are free to explore the Elmley National Nature Reserve, which is also close by.
